  • Yes. I'm insured and set up for height work on single and double-storey homes. Very steep or difficult roofs I'll assess first and tell you honestly if it's a job for a roof specialist instead.

  • Yes, it's included. Leaves and debris are bagged and removed on the day — you're not left with a pile beside the house.

  • No. As long as there's safe side access to the roof I can do the job while you're out and send photos and an invoice afterwards.

  • Most single-storey Mountains homes fall in a predictable range. Price depends on gutter length, roof height and pitch, access, and how much has built up. Send me your address and I'll give you a firm figure.

  • I clean and clear, I don't repair. If I find rust, splits or sagging I'll photograph it and point you to a roof plumber I trust.
