  • It depends on your altitude and the trees around you. Lower Mountains homes with mostly eucalypt cover usually need two cleans a year. Mid and Upper Mountains properties with deciduous plantings — especially around Leura and Blackheath — generally need three, with the heaviest clean in late autumn after leaf drop. Anyone in a bushfire-prone area should also clear before the start of the season.
